Tony Matranga

Tony Matranga, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Dematic, a prominent global logistics and warehouse automation company since April 2022. With a strong background in human resources, Tony previously held the position of Assistant Director, HR Field Business Partner at Northwestern Mutual, providing strategic consulting to over 7,000 field agents. Prior roles include HR Director for the Americas at Cordstrap, Senior HR Manager at Joy Global Inc., and Corporate HR Manager at Sensient Technologies. Tony's career also includes experience as a Senior HR Generalist at US Bank and the United States Bowling Congress. Tony holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
