Naba Javaid PMP®, ITIL®V4 has extensive work experience in project management and customer success roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Project Manager at Vibrant Solutions for two years. They then joined Catalyst Corporate FCU as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Project Consultant at Emaar for six months. Additionally, Naba Javaid PMP®, ITIL®V4 holds the following certifications: ITIL V4 Foundation from PeopleCert, obtained in January 2022; Introduction to RPA and Automation from UiPath, obtained in December 2021; and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in November 2020.
