Monica Van Vleck

Monica Van Vleck has worked in various roles since 2010. Monica began their career as an HR and Accounting Analyst at Access Scientific in 2010. In 2012, they became an Assurance Intern at PwC, and then held three roles at PwC from 2013 to 2016, including Senior Advisory Associate, HR Transformation & Technology, HR and Recruiting Associate, and Assurance Associate. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Dropbox in two roles, Senior Business Analyst, People Operations and Senior People Systems Analyst. In 2019, they joined Robinhood as Head of People Strategy & PMO, Manager, Recruiting Operations & Analytics, and Manager, Recruiting Operations. Currently, they are a Member at Knoetic | CPOHQ and VP, People & Culture at Demostack.

Monica Van Vleck graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Accountancy. In October 2015, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy. Monica is also a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they obtained in June 2022.
