Marika Anastasiadou

Marika Anastasiadou has extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 with The American School in Switzerland, where they held the role of International Summer Staff Associate. In 2012, they worked as an HR/Project Manager Assistant Intern at Greenhouse Studios and an HR Summer Associate - Organization Effectiveness at Coca-Cola Refreshments. From 2013 to 2016, they were employed at The Coca-Cola Company, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner, West Region HR Initiatives and Human Resources Leadership Associate. In 2016, they joined Lyft, where they held the roles of Compensation Partner and People Business Partner. In 2020, they moved to SoFi, where they were a Staff Compensation Programs Partner. In 2021, they joined Robinhood as a People Strategy & PMO Partner. Currently, they are a Head of People Strategy & Analytics at Demostack.

Marika Anastasiadou obtained their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation with a focus in Human Resources from Claremont Graduate University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Marika'spanic Language and Literature from The George Washington University in 2011.
