Colin Hatton

Colin Hatton is currently working as the Director of Strategy and Enablement at Demyst, a company that specializes in unlocking innovation with the use of data. In this role, they are responsible for solving strategic use cases for enterprises by leveraging the power of external data. Prior to that, Colin worked as a Senior Manager at PwC Singapore from 2018 to 2021.

From 2013 to 2018, Colin served as the Manager of Strategy Execution at Litmus Group, a management consultancy firm based in Australia. Colin was responsible for helping clients realize strategic goals and create tangible value. Before that, Colin founded and served as the Managing Director of Dianoia Solutions Limited from 2010 to 2013. Colin provided project management resources to clients, primarily Marks and Spencer's and Shell, for transformative technology programs.

Colin also has experience working as a Data Analyst at Marks and Spencer and as a PMO Analyst at Shell. In these roles, they provided data analysis support, managed project governance practices, and utilized their excellent MS Office knowledge. Earlier in their career, Colin worked as a Financial PMO at North Highland UK, a Document Controller at SMITH FLOW CONTROL LIMITED, a Search Exec at Manning Gottlieb OMD, and a Search Exec at Latitude. Colin contributed to various projects during their time at these companies, demonstrating their expertise in finance, documentation, and search engine marketing.

Colin Hatton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Singapore Management University in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a grade of 2:2 from The University of Sheffield between 2004 and 2007. Furthermore, Colin attended King Edward V Grammar School in Chelmsford from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained grades A in English Literature, Economics, Philosophy, and General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Colin Hatton has obtained several certifications. Colin obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021 and became an ICAgile Authorized Instructure in March 2021. In December 2018, they received the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification from ICAgile. Colin also holds the TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect certification from The Open Group, which they obtained in June 2015. Prior to that, in March 2008, they obtained the Practitioner in Advertising Foundation Certificate from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. Lastly, Colin Hatton obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
