Bill Freeman

Bill Freeman is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in managing capital projects and facilities within the energy sector. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Denbury Inc. since March 2008, Bill oversees a group of engineers across various disciplines for capital projects related to Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS). Previous roles at Denbury include managing large capital projects with multi-million dollar budgets and optimizing existing facilities. Bill's career began at Oxy as a Facilities Engineer, where engineering support was provided for surface facilities on a significant CO2 tertiary oil project. Bill holds a degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
