Sally Harada

Sally Harada has gained substantial work experience in various roles and companies. Sally is currently working as the VP of Customer Success - Enterprise and Partners at Dental Intelligence Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GoodTime.io, where they held multiple positions including Head of Customer Success from May 2022 to April 2023, Team Captain, Customer Success from July 2021 to May 2022, and Senior Customer Success Manager from April 2020 to July 2021. Before joining GoodTime.io, Sally worked at Officevibe as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager from March 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, Sally worked at SweetIQ Analytics Corp., where they held various roles including Project Manager from January 2017 to September 2017, Director of Client Services from June 2015 to December 2016, Senior Customer Success Manager from September 2014 to May 2015, and Customer Success Manager from April 2014 to September 2014. Sally started their career at Charles Schwab, where they worked as a Product Manager, Client Experience from August 2010 to September 2013, and as a Senior Implementation Analyst from August 2006 to August 2010. Sally began their professional journey as an Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET) from July 2004 to August 2006.

Sally Harada has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Asian Studies/Civilization from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Sally obtained a Corporate Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) certification from the National Wellness Institute in November 2018. In December 2011, they received a Certificate of Completion in Certified Financial Planning from UC Berkeley. Most recently, in March 2019, Sally obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
