Moretti pursued further education and earned a PhD in Dentistry with a specialization in Dental Implantology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2013 and 2017. Lívia was awarded a Research Fellowship in Dental Implantology from Malmö University in 2015 and 2016. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education Program in Align Technology Leader Development at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2022.
