Elaine Noonan

Chief Operating Officer, dentsu Americas at Dentsu International

Elaine is currently the Chief Operating Officer for dentsu Americas. Prior to this role, Elaine led the Operational Excellence transformation initiative for dentsu Americas. Elaine joined dentsu from Merkle where she led a Finance and Operations team focused on connecting people, processes and technology across the business to ensure end-to-end solutioning and to drive efficiencies. Elaine has also held leadership roles at Quintiles and IMS Health (now IQVIA), IBM, PwC and Coopers & Lybrand.

With more than 25 years of finance and operations experience, Elaine has spent the last 10 years focused on transforming businesses primarily in the professional services arena. As COO Americas, Elaine will lead the strategic transformation agenda and ensure the effective execution of dentsu's business strategy with a focus on re-engineering the enterprise-wide operations to drive margin improvement.

Elaine has served on the Board of Directors for JBWS (Jersey Battered Women’s Services) and has been honored with their Philanthropic and Distinguished Services award. Additionally, Elaine is a published author of an article in the Huffington Post titled "Making a Difference – People Programs Driving Cultural Change and Diversity". Elaine continues to make Diversity and Inclusion a top priority in her everyday life as she strives to build strong teams and empower women and men to achieve their "best selves", both professionally and personally. Elaine has spoken as a key note speaker and has moderated many women leadership and rising star speaking events.
