Chris Kampe

Chris Kampe is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Denver Public Schools since October 2014, Chris has successfully improved budgeting and reporting processes across multiple projects, including the analysis of the 2012 Bond and the Capital Reserve Fund. Chris has also managed a $7M federal grant and has developed reporting procedures for compliance with audit requirements. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at HealthTeamWorks, where Chris maintained budgets for over 30 projects, and a Community Economic Development Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, managing youth entrepreneurship initiatives. Chris began a career in accounting at Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C., where responsibilities included tax preparation and client relations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
