Martina Nanei has work experience in various HR roles. Martina is currently employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Deoleo, where they are responsible for talent management, engagement and communication, and change management projects. Martina also supports global strategic initiatives and projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Global HR Project Manager at Deoleo.
Before joining Deoleo, Martina worked at MENARINI Group as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Corporate Recruiter. In these roles, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and supported various projects, including corporate onboarding and a global HR and business leaders' initiative.
Martina also gained experience at Marriott International, where they served as an EMEA HR Project Manager and a Recruitment Executive. In these positions, they managed the recruitment strategy and process for a luxury resort, designed a new recruitment process in compliance with company guidelines, and attended career fairs to attract talent from domestic and international markets.
Martina began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Key2people Executive Search, where they sourced and interviewed candidates for middle and top management positions on domestic and international assignments.
Martina Nanei completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Filippo Buonarroti from 2005 to 2010, with a focus on Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Martina then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations at Università di Pisa from 2010 to 2013. Martina continued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in European and International Politics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. During their Master's program, they conducted research for their thesis on Venezuelan Public Law at Universidad Simón Bolívar for a brief period in 2015. Martina also took part in an Erasmus program at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, studying Political Studies in both 2011-2012 and 2015.
