Lan Nguyen

Lan Nguyen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 2008 as a Recruitment Coordinator/Sales Consultant at Vodafone, they then worked at IBM as a Resource Deployment Manager from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, Lan became a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2015 to 2017. They then joined AHPRA as a Workforce Development Lead from 2017 to 2018 and later served as an Assistant Director of Workforce Strategy and Capability at the Australian Radiation Protection And Nuclear Safety Agency in 2018. In 2019, Lan took on the role of Manager, Workforce Strategy and Design at the National Australia Bank, where they worked until 2023. Following this, Lan worked as a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at QBE Insurance in the same year. Currently, Lan holds the position of Workforce Strategy Lead at the Victorian Department of Health.

Lan Nguyen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Swinburne University of Technology. They also have a Bachelor of Science / Business degree from La Trobe University. In addition to their degrees, Lan has obtained certifications such as Professional Banking Fundamentals from FINSIA, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from DDLS, and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
