Kathleen Cheeseman

Kathleen Cheeseman is a seasoned Senior Information Technology Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since September 2015, where leadership in modernizing critical business systems has significantly enhanced application performance. Prior experience at the FDA from November 1991 to September 2015 includes roles as CFSAN GIS Program Lead, CAERS Senior Policy Analyst, and Project Manager for the FSMA Imports FIT, demonstrating a strong background in food safety initiatives and policy development. Kathleen holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, a Juris Doctor from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, a Bachelor of Individualized Study in Government and Health Science from George Mason University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Northern Virginia Community College.
