Marian Chapman

Marian Chapman is the current Deputy Secretary for Regulation, Legal and Integrity at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria, Australia. Marian has held this position since January 2021.

Prior to their current role, Ms. Chapman served as the A/Deputy Secretary Commercial at the Department of Treasury and Finance from December 2020 to January 2021. Marian also served as the Executive Director Commercial Transactions from July 2019 to May 2021, and as the A/Deputy Secretary Corporate and Government Services from August 2018 to September 2018. Ms. Chapman began their career at the Department of Treasury and Finance in September 2016 as the Executive Director Corporate Delivery Services, before being promoted to A/Deputy Secretary Corporate and Government Services in November 2015.

Marian Chapman reports to Rebecca Falkingham, Secretary. They are on a team with Peggie Tobin - Director, Policy, Andrew Crisp - Emergency Management Commissioner, and Emma Cassar - Commissioner, Corrections Victoria.
