Angelin Johnson

Angelin Johnson began their work experience in 2012 as an Admissions Coordinator at Anna University, where they provided support, maintenance, and upgrades to the Student Management Systems. Angelin then worked as a Promotions Assistant at Gilmore Church for a few months in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, Angelin worked as a Technical Support Engineer for Qantas as part of the IBM Technical Support Services team. In 2018, they became an Application Support Analyst at Resonate Solutions, where they developed SQL scripts for customized data extraction from client databases. Starting in 2020, Angelin worked at QuintessenceLabs as a Technical Analyst, responsible for analyzing product requirements, managing project artifacts, and handling product lifecycle configuration. Angelin then worked as a Senior Consultant at Dialog Information Technology and a System Analyst at Services Australia in 2022. Most recently, Angelin has been working as a Business Analyst and Technical Writer at Department 13 | Drone Technology since January 2023.

Angelin Johnson obtained a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Anna University. In August 2022, they also obtained the certification of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft.
