Jessica Foster

Jessica Foster currently serves as the Residential Manager at DePaul Community Resources, overseeing the daily operations of the Sponsored Residential Program and supervising Residential Coordinators while reporting to the Regional ID/DD Services Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Residential Coordinator at RBHA and roles in case management and counseling with National Counseling Group, YEA, and Kingdom Dominion Ministries. Jessica Foster holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Christopher Newport University.
