Marcus Gayle

Marcus Gayle has extensive experience in behavioral intervention and youth engagement, currently serving as the Behaviour and Engagement Lead at Derby College since January 2018. Previous roles include Student Experience and Progression Coordinator and Work Experience Officer at Derby Pride Academy from July 2014 to January 2018, and as a Behaviour and Learning Practitioner at Enthusiasm Trust from June 2013 to July 2014. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Senior Youth Worker/Mentor, Residential Support Worker, and Driver/Valet at various organizations from 2005 to 2012. Marcus completed education at Landau Forte College (2000-2005) and Derby College (2005-2008).
