Terri Mitchinson

Terri Mitchinson has extensive experience in learning and development within law enforcement, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Derbyshire Constabulary since October 2019. Mitchinson has held multiple roles at Leicestershire Police since April 2013, including L&D Delivery Manager for EMCHRS L&D, Regional L&D Business Partner for Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and Regional ICT Training Manager. Prior experience includes over two decades at Lincolnshire Police as an L&D Business Manager from August 1991 to September 2012.
