Nathaniel N. Peckham

Nathaniel N. Peckham graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with a concentration in Business Law and Policy. While in law school, Nathaniel gained valuable experience in employment law and litigation through working as a law clerk for the New York City Civil Service Commission. There, he worked with Commission members on appeals regarding disciplinary actions by civil service employees. After being admitted to the bar in California, Nathaniel practiced employment law for a boutique firm in Long Beach, California. There, he worked litigating cases for employees in various areas of employment law for clients ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large national corporations. He has recovered millions of dollars for clients who were treated unfairly and illegally by their employers.

Nathaniel is a fierce advocate for those who are truly in need of help.
