Nic Deluca

Nic DeLuca has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director at Deriva Energy from October 2023 to April 2025, and previously held the position of Associate Director. Prior to this, Nic worked at Duke Energy Renewables Commercial, LLC as a Senior Analyst in Structuring and M&A from March 2023 to April 2024. Earlier roles included Analyst positions at Barings from July 2021 to March 2023, focusing on Diversified Alternative Equity and Distribution Business Management. Nic's foundation includes military service as a Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps from December 2014 to December 2018 and formal education in business, culminating in an MBA with a focus on finance from the College of Charleston.
