Jay Payson

Jay Payson is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Derive Systems, having previously served as the VP of Product and Marketing. Prior to their current role, Jay worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development at HP Tuners for 15 years, where Jay handled executive management, sales and marketing strategy, and team development. With vast experience in global product development, Jay has also held positions at Superchips Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development and at Dana Corporation as an Application Engineer. Jay's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, a BSIT in Power Transmission from Central Connecticut State University, and an AAS in Automotive from Gateway Community Technical College.
