Asma Lat

Asma Lat has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Asma is currently working as a Field Medical Director at Dermavant Sciences since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Medical Science Liaison at bluebird bio from February 2022 to April 2022. From October 2019 to November 2021, they worked as a Medical Science and Clinical Trial Liaison at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. Asma also has experience in Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. as a Clinical Trial Liaison from February 2017 to July 2018 and as a Medical Science Liaison from June 2014 to February 2017. Before joining Theravance Biopharma, they worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital from September 2009 to August 2013. Asma also gained experience as an Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident at South Texas Veterans Health Care System from July 2008 to June 2009, and as a Pharmacy Practice Resident at UPMC from July 2007 to June 2008.

Asma Lat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University. They also attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
