Swapnil Shah, MBA, PMP® has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Associate Director of Project Management and Project Manager at DermBiont, Inc. In 2020, they were an MBA Intern at the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, where they worked in the Business Development and Industry Strategy team, sourcing companies with potential for expansion in the commonwealth and performing qualitative market research. In 2019, they were a Media Management Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2020, they also worked as a Consultant at LLumin, Inc. Additionally, in 2015 they worked as an Executive Engineer at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited and in 2018 they worked as a Mentor at Vantage Point, an innovative Abroad Education Consultancy.

Swapnil Shah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 2021. Theirfield of study was Project Management, Operations and Administration.
