Bryce Fausset

Bryce Fausset is currently serving as the Northwest Investment Manager at Dermody Properties since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bryce worked at CBRE as a Field Research Analyst from August 2021 to March 2023. Bryce's experience includes positions as Portfolio Manager, Leasing Agent, and Intern at Davis Investors and Management, LLC from June 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included conducting rental comparisons, property research, underwriting for acquisitions, and financial analysis for investment decisions. Additionally, Bryce was a WSAAC Representative for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee from September 2017 to June 2020, advocating for the University of Washington Track and Field team and participating in legislative discussions. Bryce was also a student-athlete in Track and Field at the NCAA level from September 2016 to June 2020. An alumnus of the University of Washington, Bryce earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications in 2020.
