Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at DermTech since September 2020, Amarena focuses on innovative melanoma detection solutions. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Smashtech, where Amarena contributed to brand development and marketing strategies, and Senior Full Desk Recruiter at Ledgent Technology, developing a robust client base and staffing roles. Amarena also held the position of Director of Business Development at Vitamin T, driving business growth in staffing creative talent, and worked as a Full Desk Recruiter at Resource Staffing Services Inc. Additionally, prior to a successful recruitment career, Amarena gained experience in commercial real estate as a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Commonwealth Commercial Mortgage and as an Account Executive at Fairway America.
