Leonardo Rocha is the Chief Growth Officer at Descomplica. Leonardo has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and operations.
Leonardo started their career as an Operations Analyst at TV Globo, one of the largest television networks in Brazil. Leonardo then became a Marketing Coordinator at Leader.com.br, before taking on the role of Marketing Director at B2W Digital.
In 2013, they co-founded Admatic, a performance-based marketing company, where they served as CEO for three years. Leonardo then went on to work as a Project Manager CRM at Golden Goal Sports Ventures, followed by their current position at Descomplica.
Rocha has a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
Leonardo Rocha has an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense. Leonardo also has a certification from Section4 in Prof G Certified Brand Strategist.
