Judson Kauffman

Judson Kauffman has an extensive work experience across various industries. Judson is currently working as an Advisor, Coach, and Speaker at Judson Kauffman since 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Chairman of Desert Door, a distillery company that specializes in producing Texas Sotol. Judson co-founded and worked as the CEO of Terradepth from 2018 to 2022, where they aimed to revolutionize ocean data collection. In 2012, they co-founded Exbellum, a human capital advisory firm, and served as a Managing Partner until its sale in 2018. Judson also held positions as the Director at Cold Bore Capital Management, VP Product Development at LIGHTBULB INNOVATION, and National Program Manager at ACADEMI. Judson Kauffman began their career in the US Navy, where they volunteered from 2002 to 2010.

Judson Kauffman completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Belmont University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
