Paul Joy is a Senior Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in managing challenging tasks in the HR department. With a background in HR recruitment and experience in handling a workforce of 800 Plus, Paul has worked in various companies such as Desert Group, Young Hwa RAK Steels UAE, NIIT Limited, and SHREDS Kerala. Paul holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Paul is a Certified HR Business Partner from Middleearth HR.
