Teena Apeles is a versatile creative professional with extensive experience in writing, editing, and project management. As the founder of Narrated Objects since 2016, Teena has led a collective that produces themed publications and workshops benefiting local organizations. Teena's self-employed work includes authorship and photography for the upcoming book 52 Things to Do in Los Angeles and contributions to Women Warriors: Adventures from History's Greatest Female Fighters. With a background in copywriting for clients at advertising agency Vector and Shift, Teena has also served as a book editor and marketing/publicity manager at Design Studio Press, overseeing projects for prominent artists. Previous roles include contributing writer at Audrey Magazine and account director at EQAL, where Teena drove successful branded entertainment initiatives. Teena's early career at PEN Center USA as literary programs director involved supporting emerging writers from diverse backgrounds.
