Muktesh Kandpal

Muktesh Kandpal has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Muktesh is currently serving as the Vice President of R&D - Marketing Cloud & Country Head in Acquia since December 2021. Before this role, they worked at Acquia as the Sr. Director & Country Manager for India from August 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director of Customer Success at Acquia from August 2017 to August 2019. From June 2015 to July 2017, they held the position of Head of Alliances and Solution Architecture for India at Acquia.

Before joining Acquia, Muktesh worked at Mindtree as the Manager of the Digital Practice from April 2014 to May 2015. Prior to that, they worked at eDynamic as a Sr. Program Manager from July 2011 to March 2014 and as a Sr. Consultant/Manager from April 2008 to June 2011. Muktesh also started their career at Base77, where they worked as an Analyst from June 2005 to April 2008.

Muktesh has also had experience as a self-employed Freelancer, Engineer, and Entrepreneur from June 2002 to January 2005.

Muktesh Kandpal has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing and leadership. Muktesh attended The Wharton School, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management and Leadership Development. Muktesh also completed a program in Content Strategy for Professionals at Northwestern University. Additionally, they studied R Programming at The Johns Hopkins University. Muktesh holds a degree in Executive PGDM/MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Muktesh also has a BE/BS in Computer Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Lastly, they completed their K-12 education at Kendriya Vidyalaya. In terms of certifications, Muktesh is a Sitecore Certified Professional, obtained in 2011.
