Alok Rathaur

Alok Rathaur began their career in 2014 with an internship at Mahindra Logistics. In 2015, they held an internship trainee position at Bajaj Allianz Life, where they gained exposure to recruitment processes and working experience. Alok also held the role of HR and Recruitment Executives at Deskera, where they managed the entire recruitment life-cycle, developed and maintained MIS reports, ensured adherence to statutory compliances, and managed the monthly payroll of employees.

Alok Rathaur has a comprehensive educational background. Alok completed their 12th grade from Malviya Inter college Mungisapur, Ramabai Nagar in 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR from Kanpur University, graduating in 2014. Alok then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2016. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as Human Resources: Pay Strategy from LinkedIn in 2020, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter (2019) from LinkedIn in 2020, LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2020, Technical Recruiter from hirist.com in 2020, and Computer Certificate (DCA) from AIESECI in 2011.
