Ayesha B has over 12 years of work experience in Human Resources. Ayesha started their career in 2008 as an HR Consultant at Personal Network. In 2010, they joined The Job Factory as a Senior HR Recruiter. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Team Leader, Recruitment at Itronics Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. From 2014 to 2019, they were an HR Executive at Just Dial Limited. In 2019, they joined Strides Pharma Inc. as a Senior HR Operation and was responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management. Ayesha also worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Deskera from 2019 to present.
