Ciro Kawamura

Mr. Kawamura is Bachelor in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in 1985, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM (1990), Advanced Management Program from IESE (2016), Board of Directors Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral (2018). Prior to joining Desktop in October 2022, he served as a consultant at BTG Pactual, at Telecom Italia in Rome and on the Advisory Board of Alma Viva. He was Vice President of Customer Service and Quality at Vivo. He also worked at Embratel as Director of Services and Quality, Executive Director of Marketing and Products at NET, Vice President of Marketing at GVT and Marketing Director at Claro.
