Janis Weber

Janis Weber is an experienced finance and HR professional currently serving as the Head of Finance, Controlling & HR at DESMA Elastomertechnik since November 2018. In this role, Janis oversees HR, finance, and controlling processes for the KDE Group across five international locations. Previous positions include Interim-Leiter FICO & HR and Teamleiter Controlling, focusing on group controlling, planning, forecasting, and SAP S/4HANA customization. Janis has a strong academic background with a Master of Arts in International Business & Intercultural Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management. Additional experience includes strategic analysis with Valeo, research assistance in academia, and various roles in the hospitality industry.
