Stephanie Rysholdt Lind Andersen possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at DESMI since February 2022, overseeing the HR lifecycle for both white- and blue-collar employees and participating as a member of the DPT management team. Prior to this role, Stephanie held several HR positions at Wärtsilä from August 2014 to February 2022, including responsibilities for HR lifecycle services, recruitment, learning and development, and employer branding. Work experience also includes roles as a sales advisor at H&M, HRM volunteer at Ungdommens Røde Kors, and various internships and manager positions that have honed management, communication, and strategic skills. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in CCG, Organization and Leadership from Aalborg University and a BA in English and International Studies, alongside other educational qualifications in languages and business.
