Bobbie McDonald is an accomplished marketing and business strategy professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as both Director of Marketing and Director of Business Strategy at Dessert Holdings since April 2023, Bobbie previously held key positions at Red Robin, leading culinary and category management efforts from 2019 to 2022, and at American Blue Ribbon Holdings as Senior Marketing Manager for Menu Strategy & Product Development from 2016 to 2019. Bobbie’s background includes significant roles at Boston Market, Dish Network, ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment, Pizza Hut, and Papa Murphy's International, where expertise ranged from product marketing and menu development to revenue generation and local marketing strategies. Bobbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Colorado State University.
