Ashley Drugg

Ashley Drugg, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR for Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville and Cary since April 2012. In this role, Ashley leads HR strategy for a workforce of 850, focusing on Business Advisory, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development, while providing strategic guidance to site management. Previous positions include Employee Relations Specialist and HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank, Director of Employee Relations & HR Business Partner at Affordable Dentures & Implants, and Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Web.com, where Ashley oversaw HR functions for over 1,500 employees across multiple locations. Additionally, Ashley held roles as HR Manager/Consultant at Fourdiazvargas and HR Manager at Scott-McRae Group, where responsibilities included policy development and conflict management. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
