Stefanie Ballmann

Stefanie Ballmann started their work experience in 2011 at LM IT Services AG, where they participated in the Microsoft Partner Trainee Program and worked as an IT Project Manager until September 2016. In 2017, they joined Deutsche Windtechnik X-Service GmbH as a Human Resources Manager. In June 2020, they were promoted to Head of Human Resources and Administration.

Stefanie Ballmann started their education in 2005 at Universität Osnabrück, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften and completed it in 2011. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Fachberater(in) für Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement from IHK Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim.
