Stephanie Epps

Stephanie Epps currently serves as Vice President of Programs at /dev/color, where leadership focuses on enhancing membership experiences and professional development for Black Software Engineers and Technologists. Prior to this role, Epps held the position of Senior Director of Programs at Education Opens Doors, Inc., managing diverse teams and fostering relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Epps has also worked as a consultant supporting non-profits in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, as well as in various program management roles at Genesys Works and Course Hero, Inc. Epps graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity.
