Claire Lin

Claire Lin has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Claire is currently the Chief Operating Officer at DEVCORE. Claire'sresponsibilities include collaborating with the CEO and management team to set and drive organizational vision and operational strategy, maintaining and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring a highly inclusive culture for team members to thrive.

Prior to their current role, Claire served as the Senior Manager of the FinTech Division at Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. Claire developed new business models across various business groups within the company and evaluated strategic investments from startups. Claire also worked as the Product Director/Sales VP at Taiwan AILabs, where they led cross-functional teams and developed business strategies to increase market adoption rates.

Claire also has experience in the public sector, having worked as an Executive Officer at the Department of Information Technology for the Taipei City Government. In this role, they supported the Department Commissioner and was responsible for implementing and stimulating the development of Smart City projects.

Earlier in their career, Claire held positions at Gartner, MIGO Corp., Microsoft, IBM, and Yahoo Taiwan Corporation. Claire'sresponsibilities included advising C-level and management teams, developing sales strategies, and providing secretarial and administrative support.

Claire Lin holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and General Business from National Sun Yat-Sen University. Claire completed their Master's Degree program from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Claire obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Shih Hsin University. Claire completed their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2003.
