Clifford Karchmer

Clifford Karchmer is the Director of Special Studies at Jefferson Waterman International, where Clifford provides due diligence and intelligence research to foreign executives and institutional clients. Clifford also serves as an Advisory Board member at John Jay College, a Senior Principal at Development Services Group, Inc., and Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University. Previously, Clifford worked as a Law Enforcement SME at Booz Allen Hamilton and as the Director of Program Development at Police Executive Research Forum. Clifford has a diverse educational background, including an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree in politics from Princeton University.
