Elizabeth Spinney

Elizabeth Spinney is currently the Director of State and Local Initiatives at Development Services Group. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was a Senior Program Manager at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety & Security. Elizabeth has also worked as an Independent Consultant providing services to nonprofit and government entities. Elizabeth's experience includes roles such as Community Health Specialist at Southeast Center for Healthy Communities and Youth and Community Development Worker at Roca, Inc. Elizabeth holds a MPP in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
