Danny Sikazwe

Danny Sikazwe has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Danny currently works at DevTech Systems, Inc. as a Finance Consultant in Project Closeout. Prior to this, they served as a Finance & Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining DevTech Systems, Inc., Danny worked at USAID as a Financial Analyst from February 2020 to June 2021. Danny also held the positions of Accountant and Supervisory Voucher Examiner at USAID from March 2019 to February 2020 and from November 2012 to March 2019, respectively.

Danny's earlier experience includes working as a Budget Analyst/Accountant at the US Embassy - Department of State from February 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Voucher Examiner at the same organization from April 2009 to January 2011.

Danny's career began at Madison Insurance Company (LSA Group) where they worked as a Company Accountant from July 2003 to March 2009.

Danny Sikazwe has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies-Finance (BABS-F) from the University of Greenwich-UK, which they obtained from the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS). Their field of study was Accounting and Finance. Danny also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cavendish University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they completed an Accounting Technician course at NIEC School of Business, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Danny is currently studying Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) at ZCAS, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Business/Management. In 2017, they were a Fellow at the USAID Global Development Lab in Washington DC, where they explored Digital Finance. Danny has additional certifications as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, U.K.) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
