Dave Francis

Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has named Dave Francis corporate director of human resources in the firm's Fairfax, Virginia, office. In his new role, Francis will oversee human resources functions and initiatives firm wide.

With more than 25 years of experience, Francis' skills include organizational and policy initiatives, employee and management training and development programs, compensation and benefits, and recruitment. He previously served as the executive director of human resources for Tredegar in Richmond, Virginia, as well as the senior vice president of human resources for BioMerieux, Inc. in Durham, North Carolina.

Francis earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina and his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a certified trainer for situational leadership.
