Jean Toland Johnson

Jean Toland Johnson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Dexter since February 2024 and as Co-Founder of Collector's Outpost since July 2018, Jean has a strong focus on connecting fans with pop culture merchandise. Previously, Jean held senior leadership positions at REV UP BRANDS, where responsibility included global IT strategy development and implementation, and at BTS-IT, Inc., overseeing client services and ERP systems. Earlier experience includes process improvement at Dayton Superior and roles in remarketing at VW Credit, Inc. and customer service training at Victoria's Secret. Jean holds an executive education certificate in Essentials of Executive Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
