Terry Prather

Terry Prather has had a diverse career in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Quality Technician at Meridian Automotive Systems in the late 1990s before moving on to roles as a Metrologist at Bosch North America and a CMM Programmer at both Fort Wayne Foundry and Dexter Axle Company. Terry then transitioned to a partnership at JT Custom Builders before becoming a Superintendent at SRG Global, Inc. and eventually returning to Dexter Axle Company in various roles, including Operations Integration Team, Materials Manager, Axle Fulfillment Manager, and currently serving as Plant Manager. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated expertise in quality control, operations management, and team leadership.
