Holly McLauchlan

Holly McLauchlan has a diverse work experience history. Holly started their career at Factorie in 2014 as a Retail Assistant and later became a Retail Manager. Holly then worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Base Back. Holly joined Federal Cafe Bar in 2019 as a Front of House employee. In 2020, they joined DF Capital as a Savings Associate and later transitioned into the role of People and Facilities Coordinator in May 2021. In their current role, they are responsible for implementing people policies, managing internal communications, planning employee engagement activities, and managing facility operations. Holly is known for maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and visitors and ensuring the implementation of health and safety policies.

Holly McLauchlan began their education in 2015 at the Design and Arts College of NZ, where they obtained a Certificate in Make-Up Artist/Specialist and Production. Holly then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Victoria University of Wellington from 2016 to 2019, specializing in Theatre and History. In addition to their formal education, Holly also obtained additional certifications including "Digital Copywriting for Social & Content" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in April 2023, and an "Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Short Course" from the University of the Arts London in March 2023.
