Peter Mugenyi

Peter Mugenyi has a solid work experience in the field of data analytics and software development. Peter most recently worked at dfcu Bank as the Head of Data Analytics starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Supervisor of Data Analytics at the National Social Security Fund from August 2019 to July 2022, where they also worked as a Data Scientist from March 2019 to August 2020. Peter was also a Data Scientist at Stanbic Bank Uganda from April 2018 to February 2019. Before that, they worked at Standard Bank Group in I.T Channels from February 2015 to March 2018. Peter'searly career began at OmniTech Software Company as a Software Developer from 2014 to February 2015.

Peter Mugenyi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Makerere University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained several certifications including a Certified Data Scientist from the University of the Witwatersrand in February 2019, a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2019, an Innovation Management Program: Effective Strategy & Implementation from Informa in September 2021, and a Data Science & Machine Learning certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in May 2022.
