Bulbul Ahmed Panna

Bulbul Ahmed Panna is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking, finance, and corporate law. Current positions include Consultant at DFDL since August 2018 and Senior Associate at LIS AND LEX, Barristers & Advocates, since June 2006. Panna has advised major financial institutions such as Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC on banking matters, including the drafting of loan and security documentation and the perfection of real property mortgages. Prior roles include Senior Associate at DFDL Bangladesh from July 2011 to July 2018, where Panna provided legal services related to due diligence for power projects, mergers and acquisitions, and maintained strong relationships with land authorities.
