Sally Mo

Sally Mo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sally is currently working at DFI Retail Group as the Head of Finance, Projects since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Finance Project Controller at the same company from April 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining DFI Retail Group, Sally worked at I.T from November 2014 to April 2019. Sally served as the Operation Controller, where they designed business processes and system flows for new operations and implemented solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Sally also managed various projects, including ERP, POS, CRM, and Omni channel.

Sally's earlier experience includes working at Emerson Electric (Asia Pacific) as a Senior Internal Auditor from May 2007 to August 2008. Sally was responsible for conducting audits across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, they worked at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China as an Audit Manager - Assurance from September 2000 to October 2006. Sally also gained experience at PwC UK as an Audit Executive from September 2004 to March 2006.

Throughout their career, Sally has demonstrated strong skills in finance, project management, internal audit, and process improvement. Sally has led teams, provided training and guidance, and delivered valuable recommendations for process enhancements.

Sally Mo obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. Sally attended the university from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they also hold multiple certifications. In 2004, they became an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Later, in 2013, they achieved the status of Fellow member at the same institution. Finally, in July 2023, they obtained the Associate Member certification from the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
